RECENT DUI CASE RESULTS
- State Vs. R. - Felony Aggravated DUI This was an Aggravated DUI (Class Four) out of Maricopa County Superior Court. Our client was alleged to have had a suspended license as a result of a prior DUI. The case resulted in a dismissal of all charges.
- State Vs. S. - Extreme DUI Our client was charged with extreme DUI (.204/.198). The case resulted in the extreme DUI being dismissed and our client pleading to first offense regular DUI and receiving 24 hours jail.
- State Vs. E. - DUI This case involved two charges of DUI. The case resulted in a dismissal.
- State Vs. M. - DUI This was a case of regular DUI with a reading above .10. The case was tried in Phoenix City Court and resulted in a NOT GUILTY verdict on all charges.

Arizona DUI Charges Dismissed Today: Case Resolved With Two Civil Moving Violations
It was a pleasure today to get my client’s DUI case resolved with a simple speeding ticket and unsafe lane change. My client was happy. However, he became more happy when the Judge told him he had never seen anything like this. Specifically, that in addition to the DUI Charges being dismissed, the original criminal speed charge (a criminal offense) had even been reduced to civil speed. (A civil violation).
One key to this result was working the case to its full potential. I knew my client would have been happy if I got him a Reckless Driving. However, I continued working on this case until we finally obtained the best result for my client. This took a lot of time.
